Rates, booking, payment and what to expect at the Yard.
1What are your rates?
Rates are per court, per hour. There is no entrance fee.
- Daytime (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM): ₱200/hour
- Evening (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM): ₱350/hour
- Evening block: ₱300/hour when you book 3 or more evening hours in a row on the same court
Each hour is charged at its own rate. For example, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM costs ₱900.
2What are your operating hours?
We're open every day from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The last one-hour slot starts at 10:00 PM.
3How many courts do you have?
We have 3 pickleball courts. You choose your court when you book.
4How do I book a court?
Book online on our Book a Court page:
- Pick a date, a court and one or more free time slots
- Enter your name and mobile number
- Pay the exact amount through our GCash QR code
- Upload your GCash receipt and its reference number
Your slot is held while we check your payment. Your booking page will show “Confirmed” once it is approved.
5What payment do you accept?
GCash only, for both online bookings and walk-ins. We don't accept cash.
6Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, as long as a court is free when you arrive. Walk-ins also pay by GCash.
Online bookings get the courts first, so we recommend booking ahead, especially for evening games.
7What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are final. Once paid, bookings can't be cancelled, refunded or changed, so please check your date, court and time before paying.
The only exception is force majeure, such as typhoons, severe weather, government-ordered closures or other events beyond our control. In those cases, rescheduling or credit is at management's discretion.
8Is there parking?
Yes, but parking space is limited.
9What facilities do you have?
We have restrooms and a café for players and guests.
10Can I rent a paddle?
Yes, paddle rentals are available at the venue. Please ask our staff.
11Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Sorry, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food and drinks are available at our café.
12Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in our designated smoking area.
13Can we hold an event at Kourt Yard?
Yes! Birthdays, club gatherings, team building and friendly tournaments are welcome. Message us ahead of time so we can plan the date and the number of courts you need.
